Who we are

BULKECOM LIMITED ("BULKECOM", "we") is a company registered in Hong Kong. Contact: hq@bulkecom.com.

Scope

This policy covers bulkecom.com and BULKECOM HQ, our internal application that our own staff use to manage our own online stores and their Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center and Google Search Console accounts. Each store has its own privacy policy for its customers.

Google user data

• What we access: when a BULKECOM staff member signs in with Google, BULKECOM HQ accesses only the scopes the user approves (Google Ads, Google Analytics read-only, Search Console read-only, Merchant Center) for accounts owned by BULKECOM.
• How we use it: only to report on and manage our own stores' advertising, product listings and website performance, including keyword research for our own campaigns.
• Sharing: we do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
• Storage and security: data is stored on our own access-restricted server; only BULKECOM staff can sign in.
• Retention and deletion: reports are kept as long as needed to run our stores. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; on revocation we delete the stored tokens.
• BULKECOM HQ's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Website visitors

bulkecom.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
